Se firmaron tres nuevos contratos de pr\u00e9stamo en el marco del programa de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n Urbana \u201cMejor\u00e1 Tu Casa\u201d, que brinda financiamiento a tasa cero para mejorar viviendas del departamento, en una l\u00ednea de trabajo impulsada por la Intendencia de R\u00edo Negro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En esta oportunidad, las tres familias beneficiarias realizar\u00e1n intervenciones en fachadas y veredas, mejoras que no solo impactan en cada hogar, sino tambi\u00e9n en el entorno urbano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como incentivo a estas obras que aportan al espacio p\u00fablico, se aplicar\u00e1 una exoneraci\u00f3n del 30% del pr\u00e9stamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
