Utiliz\u00f3 diferentes modalidades; hubo denuncias por la v\u00eda penal y civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La audiencia se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Juzgado de Pando. La escribana conocer\u00e1 su sentencia luego de la denuncia de unos 20 clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las v\u00edctimas hay comerciantes, familias y compradores inmobiliarios de Pando y zonas aleda\u00f1as del departamento de Canelones. Algunas denuncias fueron por la v\u00eda penal y otros por la v\u00eda civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escribana promet\u00eda ganancias sobre inversiones recibidas y tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 fraudes vinculados a ventas inmobiliarias.
