El evento se enmarca en el 10\u00ba aniversario de la declaraci\u00f3n del Paisaje Cultural Industrial Fray Bentos, como Patrimonio Mundial por parte de la UNESCO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se llevar\u00e1 a cabo los d\u00edas 5 y 6 de julio del presente 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este certamen, organizado por la Intendencia de R\u00edo Negro y la Asociaci\u00f3n Uruguaya de Asadores, cuenta con el apoyo del Ministerio de Turismo y de la Confederaci\u00f3n Panamericana de Asadores; habr\u00e1 un m\u00e1ximo de 20 equipos en competencia, de dos a cuatro personas y los participantes deber\u00e1n ser mayores de 18 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La reglamentaci\u00f3n del campeonato y los jueces, ser\u00e1n establecidos por la Asociaci\u00f3n Uruguaya de Asadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
