Un nuevo diagn\u00f3stico de sarampi\u00f3n en San Javier encendi\u00f3 las alertas en el sistema de salud departamental. De acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n a la que se accedi\u00f3, el paciente no tendr\u00eda, hasta ahora, relaci\u00f3n con la familia de Colonia Ofir, donde se detectaron los primeros casos, por lo que podr\u00eda tratarse del primer contagio sin origen identificado en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el Comit\u00e9 Departamental de Emergencia fue convocado para reunirse esta noche, a las 20 horas, con el objetivo de definir acciones y eventuales medidas sanitarias. Las autoridades prev\u00e9n emitir un comunicado oficial en el correr de la jornada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Si finalmente se confirma que el caso es aut\u00f3ctono, implicar\u00eda un hecho sanitario de especial atenci\u00f3n, dado que Uruguay conserva desde 1999 su estatus de pa\u00eds libre de sarampi\u00f3n.
