Los delitos incluyeron el hurto de varias botellas de whisky, uno de ellos especialmente agravado y otro en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denuncia fue presentada por un comerciante de la zona en la seccional segunda, quien not\u00f3 la desaparici\u00f3n de productos en su local. Las p\u00e9rdidas se estimaron entre 20.000 y 30.000 pesos uruguayos, lo que provoc\u00f3 un aumento en la vigilancia por parte de la Direcci\u00f3n Departamental de Investigaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante un operativo de vigilancia, los agentes identificaron al individuo y encontraron mercader\u00eda robada al registrar sus pertenencias. Tras su detenci\u00f3n, fue presentado ante la Justicia, que lo conden\u00f3 como autor penalmente responsable de cinco delitos de hurto en r\u00e9gimen de reiteraci\u00f3n real.
