En Fray Bentos son unas 15 personas que utilizar\u00edan el refugio por fuera del plan Invierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El MIDES mantuvo reuniones con la intendencia y otras instituciones buscando dejar definido los detalles de este caso para atender por fuera de la atenci\u00f3n invernal.
