{"id":4639,"date":"2025-10-19T12:33:06","date_gmt":"2025-10-19T12:33:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portaldeyoung.uy\/?p=4639"},"modified":"2025-10-20T10:52:52","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T10:52:52","slug":"formalizacion-y-condena-por-hurto-especialmente-agravado-en-grecco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portaldeyoung.uy\/index.php\/2025\/10\/19\/formalizacion-y-condena-por-hurto-especialmente-agravado-en-grecco\/","title":{"rendered":"Formalizaci\u00f3n y condena por hurto especialmente agravado en Grecco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Se recibi\u00f3 Oficio procedente del Juzgado Letrado de Primer Turno de la ciudad de Young, mediante el cual se comunica la <strong>formalizaci\u00f3n y condena de un hombre mayor de edad, de iniciales T.V.S.S., como autor penalmente responsable de un delito de hurto especialmente agravado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Justicia dispuso una <strong>pena de diecis\u00e9is (16) meses de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, la cual ser\u00e1 <strong>cumplida bajo el r\u00e9gimen de libertad a prueba<\/strong>, con medidas sustitutivas a la prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actuaciones se originaron a partir de una <strong>denuncia de hurto en el interior de una finca<\/strong>, radicada el pasado <strong>30 de setiembre<\/strong> en la <strong>localidad de Grecco<\/strong>.
