Atento lo expuesto y a que se cuenta con la autorizaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, el director general de Rentas 1\u00ba) F\u00edjase la reducci\u00f3n del Impuesto Espec\u00edfico Interno (Imesi) a que refiere el art\u00edculo 1\u00ba del Decreto N\u00ba 398\/007 de 29 de octubre de 2007, en los siguientes valores: &#8211; 33% (treinta y tres por ciento) para las enajenaciones de naftas realizadas en las estaciones de servicio ubicadas en un radio m\u00e1ximo de 20 (veinte) kil\u00f3metros de los pasos de frontera a que refiere el numeral 1 del inciso primero del art\u00edculo 2\u00ba del Decreto N\u00ba 398\/007 de 29 de octubre de 2007; -30% (treinta por ciento) para las enajenaciones de naftas realizadas en las estaciones de servicio ubicadas en un radio m\u00e1ximo de 20 (veinte) kil\u00f3metros de los pasos de frontera a que refiere el numeral 2 del inciso primero del art\u00edculo 2\u00ba del Decreto N\u00ba 398\/007 de 29 de octubre de 2007\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agrega: \u201c2\u00ba) Lo dispuesto en la presente resoluci\u00f3n regir\u00e1 para las enajenaciones de nafta que se realicen a partir del 1\u00ba de octubre de 2025 inclusive\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Poder Ejecutivo resolvi\u00f3 que a partir de hoy el descuento en la zona fronteriza con Argentina se reducir\u00e1 al 33%.
