Adem\u00e1s, al ser sometido a una prueba de espirometr\u00eda, esta arroj\u00f3 resultado positivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cumplidas las actuaciones y luego de la audiencia realizada en el <strong>Juzgado de Paz Departamental de Young<\/strong>, se comunic\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n judicial mediante oficio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese marco, <strong>G.D.R.A.<\/strong> fue condenado como autor responsable de la falta de <strong>\u201cconducci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculo motorizado en grave estado de embriaguez\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pena impuesta es de <strong>7 meses de trabajo comunitario o prisi\u00f3n equivalente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El hecho fue constatado durante un control vehicular realizado en marzo, en el marco del Operativo \u00d1andubay.
