La graduaci\u00f3n establece: hasta <strong>20 km\/h<\/strong> de exceso, <strong>2,5 UR<\/strong>; entre <strong>21 y 30 km\/h<\/strong>, <strong>4 UR<\/strong>; entre <strong>31 km\/h<\/strong> y el doble de la velocidad permitida, <strong>6 UR<\/strong>; al superar el doble, <strong>15 UR<\/strong>. Los montos aumentan si el pago se demora m\u00e1s de 180 d\u00edas o ante <strong>tres infracciones similares<\/strong> en un a\u00f1o calendario, definida como <strong>reincidencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa va en sinton\u00eda con lo ya resuelto por el <strong>Congreso de Intendentes<\/strong> en marzo para jurisdicci\u00f3n departamental.
