{"id":10075,"date":"2026-04-16T08:22:13","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T11:22:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portaldeyoung.uy\/?p=10075"},"modified":"2026-04-16T08:22:21","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T11:22:21","slug":"curso-teorico-practico-sobre-deshidratado-solar-en-young","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portaldeyoung.uy\/index.php\/2026\/04\/16\/curso-teorico-practico-sobre-deshidratado-solar-en-young\/","title":{"rendered":"Curso te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico sobre deshidratado solar en Young"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Se encuentran abiertas las inscripciones para un curso te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico de deshidratado solar, una propuesta formativa orientada a quienes deseen adquirir conocimientos en t\u00e9cnicas sustentables de conservaci\u00f3n de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La capacitaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo del profesor Gerardo Vitale y abordar\u00e1 contenidos vinculados a la elaboraci\u00f3n de deshidratadores, t\u00e9cnicas y procesos de producci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n envasado y conservaci\u00f3n de productos deshidratados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El curso se desarrollar\u00e1 los d\u00edas s\u00e1bados 18 y 25 de abril, y 2 de mayo, en el horario de 9:00 a 12:00, teniendo como sede el CECAP Young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El costo de participaci\u00f3n es de 200 pesos, destinado a cubrir los materiales del deshidratador, el cual quedar\u00e1 para uso del propio centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas interesadas pueden inscribirse a trav\u00e9s del formulario en l\u00ednea disponible en el afiche de la actividad.
